if you're the manager of a 5-star hotel DO make sure customer feedback stays flawless by filling out the comment cards yourself, hoping noone will bother opening the envelope!

yeah, i might not be mr. robert simanke who was so kind to fill out the comment card i found in my room at berlin's hotel de rome, but good old robert sure was right about the food being top-notch! best breakfast buffet ever! 

 and cosily tucked in: the five-minute-egg
